Processing and delivery

Our published processing window is typically 1–3 business days. Weekends, holidays, and demand may affect timing. Tracking is provided when an order ships; delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping charges and available destinations for the new checkout have not yet been configured. No shipping charge is included in the cart estimate.

Problems with an order

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging so our team can review it.

Research product sales are final under the existing store policy. Contact us about an issue before returning any product.
