What is your satisfaction guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, or if any product is found to be impure or contaminated upon receipt, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship — if something is not right, we want to know about it and resolve it promptly. Please note that this guarantee applies to damage, impurity, or contamination only and does not cover changes of mind or improper handling after delivery.
How quickly will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day. We package every order with care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
How do I pay with Bitcoin?
We accept Bitcoin (BTC) as a payment method. If you are new to crypto, here is how to get started using three of the most popular platforms:
Coinbase
1. Download the Coinbase app or visit coinbase.com and create a free account.
2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID (required by law).
3. Link a bank account, debit card, or credit card to fund your account.
4. Tap “Buy” and select Bitcoin (BTC), enter the amount you need, and confirm the purchase.
5. Once purchased, tap “Send” and enter our Bitcoin wallet address (provided at checkout) along with the exact amount. Double-check the address before confirming — crypto transactions cannot be reversed.
Strike
1. Download the Strike app and create a free account.
2. Verify your identity and link your bank account or debit card.
3. Add funds to your Strike balance.
4. Tap “Send Bitcoin,” enter our wallet address from the checkout page, and enter the exact BTC amount.
5. Confirm the transaction. Strike typically processes Bitcoin sends instantly with very low fees.
Cash App
1. Download Cash App and create a free account.
2. Tap the Bitcoin tab (the “$” icon at the bottom, then select Bitcoin).
3. Enable Bitcoin in your account if prompted and verify your identity.
4. Purchase the amount of BTC you need by tapping “Buy.”
5. Tap “Send Bitcoin,” paste our wallet address from the checkout page, enter the exact amount, and confirm. Always verify the wallet address carefully before sending.
Important: always send the exact BTC amount shown at checkout. Crypto payments are irreversible — if you send to the wrong address or the wrong amount, we cannot recover the funds. If you have any questions before sending, contact us first.
