Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or delivered products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
We will review each claim and determine an appropriate resolution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Ego Wellness Research is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to ensure a secure delivery location.
